ABOUT THE APP
Visitors-Book allows merchants and retailers to advertise and survey their customers immediately after the payment on the Albert screen. Each customer will be asked a question, randomly selected from a repository.
The questions can be about any relevant topic:
Offers, products and services to advertise them to the customer: e.g. “Do you like our homemade coffee?”
Customer information: “Is this your first visit to our store?” or “Is this purchase for yourself or someone else?” *Customer satisfaction: “Would you recommend our store to your friends?” or “How fast was our service today?”
The promotional questions immediately improve the sales of the products advertised, as measured in various stores, from restaurants to drugstores.
The data collected is summarised in daily, weekly or monthly dashboards customised to the merchant’s need and send automatically to the right people (store managers, regional directors, headquarters…).
